Great place to get eye care. My husband and I have been going here for years. The establishment was nice and clean. Staff friendly. The girl doing the eye test with the machines was cleaning after every person with alcohol. I watched her ! We love the dr here. We selected awesome glasses, and I'm excited to get mine!

I have been going to one in Little Rock and the staff there has always been snotty but the one in Pine Bluff I was VERY happy with. Nice people didn’t look down on me cause all I had was Medicare. Will not be going back to the one in Little Rock anymore.

I arrived a few minutes early. I waited for a short period of time. The eye exam was quick. I felt it was through in comparison. I saw that quite a few people said the service was awful and the staff was rude, how my experience was just the opposite. The staff was courteous & the service was fast. But I did witness a customer really being rude to the staff member. My only complaint is the lens machines in the back & front were not wiped off between customers. With COVID & eye diseases such as pink eye, I did not chance it & I wiped the chin, forehead and the area around the eyes with wipes I had myself. I did say something and I wiped the machines off again before I got up for the next person. I brought my own frames with me and my glasses came back with a few days. I love them !

The staff is so friendly, the doctor is also and very thorough. No long waiting time about a 5-10 minute wait! I love this place have been using them for 2 years now and will be from here on out!!
